Friday meetings

Hope that everybody is doing fine. Today, I had a personal meeting with Dr. Beikzadeh and I am going to let you know a very brief of the meeting.
Firstly, the agenda of the coming Friday?s meeting would be related to IT (Generally what IT is, what are its applications, what an IT-man/woman would be after graduation and, etc?).
However, before starting the new agenda the 1st 30 minutes of the meeting is going to be allocated for summarizing the 1st two meetings. There were reasons regarding not continuing the agenda of the 1st two meetings which were discussed with Dr. Beikzadeh and we all shall respect his decision (However, in the case of having many questions, good questions and argues, regarding the 1st two sessions, there will be another gathering related to those in a near future).
Please, note that since the coming meeting, we all shall have some disciplines for interrupting the meeting or other people?s speech. The rules are going to be as follows:
1) In the case you have prepared any kind of articles, ideas, summaries, speeches, proposals, and evaluations and, etc. a specific time will be given to you all and you should register your names in advance regarding your time and priority, either at the first of the meeting or during the meeting or at the end of the meeting.
2) Please, bear in mind that your time to talk will be given in the first 30 minutes of the meeting, and in the case there will be any extra time, the last 30 minutes of each individual meeting. The rest of the times would be allocated to Dr. Beikzadeh to handle the meeting and the related agenda.
3) The person in charge of registering names in any time (at the 1st of the meeting, during or at the end) would be I, Kian, or in the absence of me it would be Mr. Payam Vahdani as he is the second person in charge.
4) In the case of having any kind of suggestion, evaluation and so on, you may all forward your words by sending an email to me as all of your words would be discussed with Dr. Beikzadeh in every week?s personal meeting between Dr. and me.
Please, take under consideration that referring to the suggestion of recording the voices of the takers during the meetings, Dr. Beikzadeh has shown his willingness and has suggested that if anyone you has a digital recorder, the person should bring his/her recorder to make documentaries of the agendas and gatherings.
As decided there will be two boxes since the coming gathering, one for gathering some amount to buy drinks or even if there will be more then maybe some cookies or cakes along with the drinks, and one more box for gathering your personal suggestions, questions and so on, if you do not want your name to be announced or if you feel shy to say or ask it/them in person and so on.
Meeting?s time: as usual on Friday at 11 AM.
Venue of the meeting: PRESS room near Dr. Beik?s office. (In the case of any venue changes, it will be confirmed later).
At the end, would like to apologize for the long email though it was necessary to say things in advance.
